Application & registration information:

Registration is made by mailing an Application Form and Terms of Enrollment Agreement with a non-refundable deposit of $250. A Health Form must also be returned by June 1st before a camper may attend.

Mail the Application Form and Terms of Enrollment Agreement along with your deposit to: The Camp at Oak Lane Day School, 137 Stenton Avenue, Blue Bell, PA 19422. (Please note that submission of this material does not guarantee acceptance into the summer program.)
